In addition to in-house investigations, I provide independent, strategic litigation and business management consulting services to clients in the Washington, D.C. area.  With over 30 years' experience in legal, legislative, publishing, and management consulting sectors in the U.S. and the U.K., my associates and I can provide the solutions you are looking for.

I also assist in cases appearing before the International Court of Justice, where the focus of my contributions are on issues of the ICJ's jurisdiction, use of force, and genocide and crimes against humanity.  In addition, I edit and publish 'The Trans-Atlantic Journal of the International Court of Justice', a peer-reviewed publication which covers both historical and current cases before the I.C.J. at The Hague.
